Aspects of professional training are considered pertaining to the introduction of an electronic document management system. Necessity of constant improvement of professional skill of leaders and experts as users of an electronic document management system is proven. The value of the concept of learning organization for effective application of electronic document management systems and increasing the openness to innovations is shown.
