Mityukov Michael

«Gosudarstvennaya slugba» Journal continues the publication of diary entries of Mikhail Mityukov, which depict the historic days of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Some of them were already published in a multivolume publication devoted to the first stage in the history of the creation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation [From the history of creation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, 2007-2010]. The author served as the member of the Editorial Council of the above mentioned publication.

The author presented to the editors his diary entries, reflecting the historic days of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Some of them published in a multivolume publication devoted to the first phase of the history of the Constitution of the Russian Federation [From the the history of creation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, 2007-2010], a member of the editorial board which acted by M. Mityukov. In the present fragment is selected, only a small fraction of the material dating back to the «disappointment» of the project activities of the working group of the Constitutional Commission, and finding an alternative to the preparation and adoption of the Constitution (the period of the Constitutional Council).
