The article deals with the problem of combating corruption in the public and municipal services. It reviews the relevance, significance, condition of the investigated problem as well as the features of corruption in the public and municipal services. The necessity of incorporating akmeology-legal and psychological technologies counteract corruption in public and municipal services. And is dire need of mastering new techniques, methods and technologies to counter corruption in the public and municipal service using the latest scientific psychology-akmeological developments.
