To the question of the relation of the constitutional principles of the legal and social state

The article analyzes the correlation of the legal and social state starting from the emergence of the first ideas of law and order, on the one hand, and the origins of public charity, on the other hand, to their subsequent constitutional recognition. The author considers the correlation of the principles of the legal and social state as two parallel non-controversial categories interacting with each other and complementing each other.
