Abstract
A sociolegal experiment is a method for studying the legal norm through the creation of conditions necessary and sufficient for identification and measurement of its efficiency. It is supported by the logic of hypothesis testing, involves exercising real effect on the object and measuring the impact of a hypothetical cause factor.
