Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the integrated approach for the implementation of social partnerships. It is presented by the concept of social partnerships in the broad and narrow sense. It highlights the characteristics of the subjects of social partnerships and, the main areas and mechanisms of their interaction in the development of human capital.
