Abstract
The possibilities of the ethics code of conduct for state and municipal officials in corruption fight are researched by the authors. The basic norms of ethical codes in the USA, Canada and Germany are analyzed in the article. The codes of ethics of the subjects of the Russian Federation are discussed, the problems connected with their implementation are examined. The problem of the realization mechanism of ethics codes of conduct for the state and municipal officials is also studied by the authors.
