Abstract

The Article is devoted to the analysis of international regulation development of the banking capital adequacy and the main ways of further development of this question in the context of the current economic crisis. A conclusion about the international economic and regulatory bank capital convergence is made and possible approaches of regulatory standards perfection in the circumstances of convergence are analyzed.
