Abstract
The author suggests a conceptual approach based on the structured analysis and design methodology (SADT - Structured Analysis and Design Technique). It allows to increase efficiency of development of legal acts, systematize information on regulated legal relationships in the sphere of pension provision and social security of military personnel, veterans and their family members.
