Abstract
The author attempts to summarize the outcomes of the 'two decades of stability' (1992-2012) - the interval between crucial summits that defined the direction for the international dynamics; assess the results of the strategy aimed at making globalization 'manageable', balancing between economic, ecological and social challenges to civilization.
