Abstract

The article explores the issue of legal regulation of obligations secured by mortgage. The author identifies peculiar features of legal regulation of mortgage obligations, particularly those based on shared construction participation agreements, civil law and other legal acts. He outlines discrepancies between legal norm and actual practice, providing suggestions for amendment of the regulatory framework.
