Sociological Analyses of Civil Servants Work Motivation Problem

Abstract

The author observes the subject of motivation and stimulation of civil servants work which is based on social research data of Russian Federation public administration social professional problems. He estimates the efficiency of the methods and shows that it is necessary to form the motivational complex taking into consideration actual demands to government authorities servants, management methods and their activities.
