Abstract

This review highlights the scientific progress and the key aspects of the panel discussion, which took place within the Gaidar Forum, on 16 January, 2014. It was attended by leading experts in the sphere of State control and audit - representatives of the Control Department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, the Federal Service for Financial and Budgetary Oversight, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service as well as leading scientific and educational centers of Russia.
