Abstract
In the present work, we research the structural changes of political elites of Latvia and the channels of elite recruitment during the years 1993-2014. We identify the quality and character of the bonds that arose in the period of primary and labor socialization of political elites, the impact of diaspora communities on the formation of the political elites of Latvia, the presence of stable inland clusters, their nature and special feature characteristics.
