Abstract
Upcoming elections in regional parliaments and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation are discussed at the background of the electoral legislation changes. The author cites the results of the survey conducted by the Chair of parliamentary and inter-parliamentary cooperation of the IPAM RANEPA among experts of the most active age group (26 - 35 years). The forecasts for the voters’ electoral preferences were obtained as a result of the survey.
