Abstract

Decentralizarion is a way of distributing the execution of various public functions and services depending on their volume, operational efficiency and form. Unitary European states understand and implement this method in accordance with their historical traditions, legislative peculiarities and other conditions. This experience is useful for correcting administrative procedures in countries with emerging statehood.
