Abstract

The report presented during a session of the RAPA`s Chairs of Law. The given report covered the ways of implementation of the President`s Decree No. 26, of May, 26^th, 2009, named Improvement of higher legal education in the Russian Federation. Problems of the licensing system improvement and assessment of legal institutes of higher education were analyzed, as well as issues of legal staff training, required especially for all types of public service.
