Efficient bureaucracy - bureaucracy without corruption

Abstract
The article presents the issues related to corruption in the Russian Federation. The author includes a few historical facts on the attempts to counteract the problem and goes on to discuss the current situation of corruption. Such points as priority issues in the counteraction process, ways of assessment of corruption and characteristics of corruption are covered in the article. The author also presents the results of the implementation of the anti-corruption policy.
