Abstract
The article provides a summary of materials from the All-Russian academic and research video seminar 'Electronic Forms of Provision of Government and Municipal Services: Normative Requirements, New Practice', including both background information and newest research on the topic of e-government. Key problems are identified, various ways to change the situation are suggested.
